ASRC Gulf States Constructors (AGSC) provided general construction services. The key components were:

  • The replacement of the alarm display and annunciation system with a computer-based command and control system
  • Coordination of the live cutover of existing and new security detection and assessment systems
  • Installation of internal entry controls, a perimeter assessment camera system and a fence detection system

Value engineering provided by AGSC resulted in cost savings of approximately $500,000 to the DOE
