ASRC Gulf States Constructors (AGSC) provided design/build and construction management services, including the replacement of the perimeter fence detection system for five (5) miles of permanent fence destroyed by Hurricane Ike.
This project was accomplished on a fast track schedule. Value engineering by AGSC resulted in cost savings of $720,000 to the DOE.
