ASRC Gulf States Constructors served as Prime General Contractor for interior and exterior renovations to an existing medical clinic. The work was performed during harsh mid-winter weather conditions, with completion in the spring.
The project was scheduled in two phases to allow occupants use of one side of the clinic while remodel work was performed behind dust free barriers. Clinic staff was able to continue providing health care services to the community during the work.
This project was a time and material with guaranteed maximum price (T&M w/ GMP) construction contract.
