The ASRC Gulf States Constructors (AGSC) estimating staff has more than 25 years of experience preparing construction cost estimates. We use proven estimating practices to prepare detailed construction cost estimates for complex industrial, oilfield, petrochemical, security, and general construction projects. Our team currently provides numerous cost estimates each year for construction projects at sites throughout the Department of Energy’s National Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
