Our estimating staff has more than 25 years of experience preparing construction cost estimates. We use proven estimating practices to prepare detailed construction cost estimates for complex industrial, oilfield, petrochemical, security, and general construction projects. Our team currently provides numerous cost estimates each year for construction projects at sites throughout the Department of Energy’s National Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
We employ documented, government audited and approved procurement and acquisition management plans and procedures that can be tailored to meet individual customer requirements. Our procurement and subcontracting personnel average more than 20 years experience with government procurement processes that ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, and other customer requirements.
